ABOUT THE  RESPOND2GRACE FOUNDATION

Redefining How Communities Respond to Crisis

The Respond2Grace Foundation brings solutions together under one roof, connecting housing, food access, financial support, education, and wellness through a coordinated coalition model. Guided by Prevent. Transform. Restore., we help communities intervene early and respond more effectively to the needs of families before crisis takes hold.

OUR METHODOLOGY

The PTR Model

A replicable, coalition-adoptable intervention framework grounded in academic research and spiritual wisdom. PTR represents both a theory of change and a practical operating model for addressing housing insecurity.

Prevention

Intelligence & Early Identification

Utilize targeted research, community data, and predictive analytics to identify risk indicators for housing insecurity before crisis occurs.

Key Activities

Expected Outcomes

1.

Identify at-risk families 6-12 months before crisis

2.

Map community vulnerability patterns

3.

Enable proactive rather than reactive intervention

Evidence Base: The PTR Model draws from established models in public health early intervention, collective impact theory, and faith-based community development research.
